Answer 5: The speed at which the motor has no load weight is the no-load speed. If the motor rotates to drive the weight, the speed is the load speed.

Question 6: What happens when a voltage of 18V is connected to a 12V motor or a 18V motor?

Answer 6: The 12V motor connection 18V voltage will be broken, and the 24V motor connection 18V voltage will affect its speed and torque, and will not even run.

Q2: what is the material of the gear?

A2: The motor gears are made of metal. If you need other materials, you can contact us.

Q3: what is the torque mean?

A3: torque is the weight that the motor can load at a certain voltage and speed. If the motor you purchased is 12v 12rpm, its corresponding torque is 70kg.cm. This means that when the motor is at 12v and 12rpm, it can load 70kg objects with a diameter of 1cm. If the diameter of the load is 10cm, then the rated torque is 7kg. Please do not exceed the rated load during the use of the motor, otherwise the gear is prone to wear and tear.

Q4: how to change rotation direction?

A4: please change wiring polarity to change rotation direction.

Q5:how to change speed?

A5: you can buy our below speed controller, to change speed from 0-10rpm.

Q6: what do ''self locking'' mean?

A6: It is the feature of this motor, when power off, this motor also has lock torque, can not easy to move by other force. It can be used for some special purpose. Such as Anti-theft sliding doors.
